Nisha and Nishanth's Culinary Debacles

We went to Abuelo's for dinner one evening. Their salsa bar is amazing and I liked the decor. I loved the flan they served there. Overall, the food is good although it was too noisy to our liking. We went to this restaurant twice. I had the dinner plate. Their fajitas are awesome and I love the flan that they serve. Price wise, it is on the affordable side. They have ample seating and the service is also good. They are located at: 1101 E Spring Creek Pkwy  Plano, TX 75074 (972) 423-4701

They are located at Gate 22 at Terminal B. I stopped by for lunch before catching my flight to Dallas and the food was just awesome. I had orange juice, quesadillas and spanish flan. I wish DFW airport had something similar too!

We had lunch at Chiquita's and enjoyed it. Its the equivalent of a McDonalds and serves mexican food. The prices are low and the serving sizes are small to match the price. Its definitely worth a visit. They are located at: 703 Highway 71 N Ste D Mena, AR 71953

This place has absolutely wonderful mexican food. Our Amarillo dining experience has been really good first with Country Barn Steak House and then La Fiesta Grande. We stopped here on the way to Whitesands National Monument. The food over here is just awesome. The tortilla chips and salsa they serve is good. I tried out a cheese, chicken and potatoes bouritto. They are located at: 1200 N White Sands Blvd Alamogordo NM 88310 575-437-0820

We stopped by at this place in Waco for dinner on the way back from Padre Island and it was pretty decent food. This restaurant is located near I 35 and is worth a visit if you pass by Waco! They are located at: 2111 S Valley Mills Dr Waco, TX 76706-3379 (254) 662-2750

I always try the chicken bouritto whereas my husband tries out the beef varieties. The salsa and tortialla chips are good too. The serving size is huge too. I generally go in for the half size bouritto and cant complete it. The pricing is pretty decent too. A place i would reccomend you to try out if you are into mexican food.
