Coconut milk palav

Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Home made coconut milk - 1 pack
Water 1 cup
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion 1 sliced
Potato 1 diced
Green chilles - 4
1 tsp home made ginger garlic paste
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
3 pieces cinnamon
salt to taste
Method:1) Wash the rice, add coconut milk and allow to soak for 5 minutes
2) Grind all spices raw along with the green chillies
3) Heat oil in a kadahi and add ground paste and onion. Fry the onions until brown.
4) Add to the rice along with the diced potatoes.
5) Add salt. Cook till done.
